Yes. Every jewelry piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. We ensure complete transparency about our stones and metals.

Orders, Shipping, & Delivery
What is the cost of shipping for returned items?
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Al Yaqoot Al Hamra, unless the return is due to our error.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UAE and to selected international destinations.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders above AED 4,000 within the UAE.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders require additional production time as everything is handcrafted. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns, Warranty, & Damage
What is your returns policy?
Returns are only accepted for items received in a damaged or defective condition. We do not accept returns for change of mind or items that have been worn.
How quickly must I report a damaged item?
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone, providing proof and clear photographs of the damage.
Do customized items qualify for returns?
No. Customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes. All our jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What does your lifetime warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from accidents or misuse, or alterations/repairs by unauthorized parties.
Customization Services
What customization options do you offer?
We offer custom engraving (names, dates, quotes) and bespoke design requests, where you work directly with our designers to create a piece entirely your own.
Can I use my existing jewelry for a new design?
Yes. We offer customisation using your existing gold and gemstones to revive your old jewelry. We also accept old and used jewelry.
Do you provide a preview of custom orders?
Yes. You will receive a digital model before final production so you can make adjustments with confidence.
