Each jewelry piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
We reserve the right to remove products from sale or limit quantities without prior notice.

B. Ordering & Payment

Orders are confirmed once you receive an email from us.
Payments are accepted via debit card, credit card, net banking in UAE Dirhams.
For international orders, your bank may apply currency exchange fees.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

C. Customization & Personalization

We offer customization options for some pieces.
Customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

D. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with all accessories, certificates, and proof of purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed only after consultation with our manufacturing team and an inspection of the product to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

E. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, photographs, and written content on this website are owned by Al Yaqoot Al Hamra.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.

F. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
